The 4 days National Kickboxing Coaches Seminar has been concluded successfully on 14th August 2011 at the Auditorium of Royal College of Science and Technology, Bhubaneswar. The event was inaugurated by Shri Niranjan Pattanaik, President, PCC Orissa along with Engineer S.S. Harichandan, President, IAKO. |

The Chairman of the Organising Committee Rtn. Bishnu Mohan Mohanty informed that, this important National event was held from 11th -14th August 2011 in Bhubaneswar. The event sanctioned by National Kickboxing Federation (IAKO) to All Orissa Kickboxing Association(AOKA)and hosted in association with Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar Heritage, Pumas International and Royal College of Science & Technology. |

Rtn. Pradyumna Behera (5th Dan Black Belt & SAI Coach). Organising Committee, who is also the General secretary of AOKA informed that about 100 Coaches of both in male and female categories in TATAMI/RING Sports taken part from all over the country including Armed/Police Force Units including Orissa. About 40 Participants awarded the National Coaches Diploma and all the participants received the Participants Certificate, IAKO TODAY CD, Memento. |

AOKA (IAKO Orissa) is the premier member state association of IAKO in the country recognized by Orissa Olympic Association (OOA) and Dept. of Sports & Youth Services in Govt. of Orissa. AOKA is responsible in promoting and controlling Kickboxing in our state and produced quite a good number of Champions in National and International level.

Engineer Rtn. S.S. Harichandan (7th Dan Black Belt), Founder and President of National Kickboxing Federation (IAKO) told that any sports especially kickboxing, the 21st Century Martial Art Sport is the best medium to devolve both body and mind along with Self Defense, the physical fitness and confidence of the youth in general.
